Haj Abdolkhalegh Dad built the mansion. It has started its work since 1932. It kept functioning as a guesthouse and freight transportation center until 1993. The renovation process of the mansion was being done by Mohammad Hassan Dad and his children from 2001 till 2007 and it started its work as a 4-star hotel.
