The construction of this traditional house in Kashan dates back to Qajar Dynasty and is more than 150 years of age. This house has been functioning as a traditional guesthouse since 2017 after so many renovations.

Saraye Amir Traditional Guesthouse has 8 rooms, 5 of which are on the ground so that they have access to the yard and the other 3 are located on the first floor and on the same level as the street. The yard is referred to as a sunken courtyard that provides ultimate privacy for those who stay there. Due to the yard being below the courtyard, it has a passive cooling effect at summers.

Saraye Amir Location
Being located on Fazel Naraqi Street is a great feature of this house. Accordingly, guests have a great access to Borujerdi House, Sultan Amir Ahmad Bathhouse, and Tabatabaei House.

Amenities
The architecture of the house has been preserved as an ancient and traditional place to feel like a local. The rooms on the ground do not have a bathroom and some do not have a bed to preserve its traditional phase. Note that the rooms do not have a fridge and TV. There is a fridge in the kitchen to be used as shared.

For families with kids and elder people, please note that Saraye Amir Traditional Guesthouse entrance and some of the rooms have stairs. Pets are not allowed. It is so important to know that smoking is highly rejected in this traditional house.

The prices include breakfast. Breakfast is served at Hozkhane room with a capacity of 10 people. You can have breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 A.M. Notably, in case of not asking for extra services, kids under 6 are free of charge. And kids above 6 are charged as an adult.
